    • you get a chance to join the HOYS community

  • As soon as you receive your journal:

    • log into the ‘heart on your sleeve’ platform and begin the project

    • fill out each section of the journal with the support of video tutorials

    • turn your journalling into art with the help of video tutorials

  • Once you finish the journalling:

    • start designing your custom hoodie using the online hoodie builder on the ‘heart on your sleeve’ platform

    • when you have it designed we will print it and send it to you

    • wear your custom hoodie with pride, keep using your journal and grow as a person.
