What is ‘Heart on Sleeve’?
Heart on Your Sleeve is a creative journaling project.
It shows each participant how to use their journaling to create their own 1 off custom hoodie.
With no creative or journaling experience needed.
How it works:
Step 1 - Journal
We guide you through journaling with our ‘heart on your sleeve’ journal and web platform to help develop your everyday thoughts and emotions.
Step 2 - Design
Transform your journalling into a once off hoodie design. Using our online hoodie builder and video tutorials. No previous design experience is needed... just your imagination!
Step 3 - Hoodie!
We print your once off, all over print, custom hoodie and send it to you. So you can literally wear your Heart on Your Sleeve

How to take part:
Sign Up
As soon as you sign up:
we post you the ‘heart on your sleeve’ journal
you get access to the ‘heart on your sleeve’ online platform
you get a chance to join the HOYS community
Take Part
As soon as you receive your journal:
log into the ‘heart on your sleeve’ platform and begin the project
fill out each section of the journal with the support of video tutorials
turn your journalling into art with the help of video tutorials
Grow!
Once you finish the journalling:
start designing your custom hoodie using the online hoodie builder on the ‘heart on your sleeve’ platform
when you have it designed we will print it and send it to you
wear your custom hoodie with pride, keep using your journal and grow as a person.
