How it works:
Journal:
We send you the ‘heart on your sleeve’ journal once you sign up. This guides you seamlessly through the entire project with corresponding video tutorials on the ‘heart on your sleeve’ website if you need them.
Design:
We show you how to use your journaling to develop the design concept for your custom hoodie. From concept, to doodling the design, to picking the colours, to choosing a style.
Wear you ‘Heart on Your Sleeve’:
Finally you get access to the ‘heart on your sleeve’ hoodie builder. Where we show you how to design your own custom hoodie. Which we then print and send to you. So you can wear your ‘heart on your sleeve’

The ‘heart on your sleeve’ project shows participants that their thoughts and emotions are not only valid, but can be figured out and developed to create something important, creative and fulfilling.
How to take part:
Sign Up
As soon as you sign up:
we post you the ‘heart on your sleeve’ journal
you get access to the ‘heart on your sleeve’ online platform
you get a chance to join the HOYS community
Start
As soon as you receive your journal:
log into the ‘heart on your sleeve’ platform and begin the project
fill out each section of the journal with the support of video tutorials
turn your journalling into art with the help of video tutorials
Grow
Once you finish the journalling:
start designing your custom hoodie using the online hoodie builder on the ‘heart on your sleeve’ platform
when you have it designed we will print it and send it to you
wear your custom hoodie with pride, keep using your journal and grow as a person.
